If you contact me via email, text or any other scial media messaging service, or by telephone and provide me with any sensitive information regarding your health, I will only hold this information if we procede to treatment. If we do not proceed to treatment, I will destroy all information sent.

After you procede to treatment:

In order to give professional reflexology treatments, I will need to gather and retain potentially sensitive information about your health. I will only use this information for forming reflexology treatment plans and associated recommendations concerning aspects of health & wellbeing which I will offer to you.

I will keep your information for a period of 7 years for Insurance purposes.
