Reflexology Lymph Drainage


Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is non-invasive, it uses specific techniques for lymphatic drainage via the feet.

The focus of RLD is to help reduce secondary lymphoedema, a swelling in the arm following treatment for breast cancer.

Early indications suggest that it may also be useful with other conditions, such as Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, other inflammatory conditions, auto-immune disorders, pregnancy and premenstrual fluid retention.



Sally Kay BSc (Hons), the lady who developed RLD is a multi-award winning reflexology practitioner, tutor and published reasearcher.
