The Jade Guasha tool is used to massage, smooth and scrape the skin to release muscle tension and improve blood flow and circulation. Regular guasha can help prevent acne breakouts by reducing clogged pores, it can reduce scarring and it encourages new skin growth. Unlike body guasha the firm but gentle moves encourage lymph drainage, help to clear sinus congestion,and reduce puffiness or dark circles under the eyes.
Acupressure Roller - (only used on some skin types) help stimulate nerve endings directly and can be deeply invigorating for the client.

Client Aftercare advice
Please drink plenty of water in the next 24 hours after a treatment to help the detoxifying process and rest as much as possible to allow the body to heal itself.
Avoid make-up if possible for an hour after treatment to let the skin breathe.
Try an avoid stimulants such as tea, coffee and alcohol and also avoid eating a heavy meal for at least an hour after your treatment.
It is normal and part of the healing process to feel cold, thirsty, emotional, and have a mild headache or feel cold like symptoms and to visit the toilet more frequently. It should pass within 48 hours.
Be careful if driving just after a treatment, as reactions may be slower.
