Reflexology Lymph Drainage

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is non-invasive, it uses specific techniques for lymphatic drainage via the feet.

The focus of RLD is to help reduce secondary lymphoedema, a swelling in the arm following treatment for breat cancer. Although early indications suggest that it may be useful with other conditions, such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic fatigue, allergies, rheumatoid arthritis, auto-immune disorders, pregnancy, premenstrual fluid retention and other inflammatory conditions.

Sally Kay BSc (Hons), the lady who developed RLD is a multi-award-winning reflexology practitioner, tutor and published researcher.
